Flagler County businessman Joe Mullins hosted his annual "Shop with a Doc" event and also presented a $5,000 check to the Christian Learning Centers of Augusta.

Mullins, the founder and CEO of The Mullins Companies, reunited about 60 pediatric burn patients from the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia, with their doctors and sent them off an a Target shopping spree on Dec. 11. The Mullins Companies raised money for the event and presented each child with a $200 gift card. The children also arrived at the store in stretch limousines and were greeted by Santa upon arrival before meeting their physicians and emergency care workers.
